The company has established a large-scale demonstration production line for fluorinated graphite, and has successfully produced fluorinated graphite and fluorinated graphene (in powder and sheet forms).
 
Based on the extremely low surface energy, excellent chemical and thermal stability, outstanding lubrication performance, and ultra-high theoretical specific capacity of fluorinated graphite, we independently developed and produced battery-grade high-purity white powdered fluorinated graphite with a purity of ≥ 99%, and a fluorine content of 45-65 wt.%. We also tailored energy-type fluorinated graphite, power-type fluorinated graphite, and rate-type fluorinated graphite according to the different characteristics and advantages of fluorinated graphite.
 
The high energy type fluorinated graphite has the characteristics of high specific capacityand stable discharge voltage, suitable for lar ge capacity and long-life batteries. This producthas been confirmed by users as a good substitute for imported materials.
 
The high discharge-rate type fluorinated graphite is produced through surface mod ification of high energytype fluorinated graphite, and it's electrical conductivity is greatly improved to achieve high discharge rate.The discharge voltage is 2.OV at discharge rate of 5C, and the specific capacity preserved more than 70%compare to discharge rate of O. 1C. This material is suitable for producing large capacity and high discharge ratebatteries.
 
The high power type fluorinated graphite exhibits high discharge voltage, high energydensity and good high-rate discharge per formance, which is suitable for high power density
and high voltage batteries.
 
The low-temperature type fluorine graphite is produced using a newly developed manufacturing process, which combines high discharge voltage, high energy density, large discharge rate performance and ultra-low temperature discharge performance. It is suitable for the production of low-temperature batteries and high-power batteries.
