Its lithium disposable batteries are widely used in various instruments (smart IC card water, electricity, gas, and heat meters), portable equipment, oil field and oil well temperature measurement, marine buoys, life-saving products, medical equipment, industrial control motherboards, etc. The company specializes in providing domestic and foreign users with wide-temperature lithium batteries, high-temperature lithium batteries, and low-temperature lithium batteries. The lithium fluoride carbon cylindrical battery production line project covers an area of ​​about 30 acres, with 17,100m construction area of two new production workshops and one R&D and testing center. The cathode workshop features a Class 100,000 clean room with a dew point of -50°C, covering an area of 1,183 m². The assembly workshop also features a Class 100,000 cleanroom with a dew point of -50°C, covering an area of 1,183 m²1,900 m² (495 m² on the first floor and 1,405 m² on the second floor). Several supporting public works such as water, electricity, gas and heating were newly built. More than 100 sets of equipment such as homogenizers, coating machines, presses, assembly lines, liquid injection machines, and testing instruments were purchased and installed. With continuous improvements in equipment and processes, each stage of the production line can achieve a capacity of 3,000 cells per day, meeting the projects planned annual output of 1 million BR18650 lithium batteries.

The pilot production line covers an area of 785 m², including a 370 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom with a dew point of -50°C. It is equipped with a full set of advanced lithium battery manufacturing and testing equipment, such as slurry mixers, coating machines, roll press machines, slitting machines, winding machines, electrolyte filling machines, sealing machines, high and low temperature test chambers, and charge-discharge testing cabinets. This setup supports the production of pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and coin cells in various sizes, with a daily capacity of 300–450 cells. The line is capable of developing and producing new battery models tailored to customers’ specific requirements in terms of dimensions, quality standards, and operational characteristics. The project also includes an in-house PACK team dedicated to assembling and modifying various types of battery packs, meeting the demand for high-performance lithium battery systems. At present, the company’s product portfolio covers steel-shell cells, pouch cells, and other battery pack configurations.

The PACK line has a production capacity of 0.5GWh. The workshop covering 1,700 square meters includes raw material turnover, assembly workshop, charging and discharging room, shell packaging inspection room, office, conference room, equipment room, fire-fighting room, etc.
